How to Assign a User a New Role On the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform

Only Admin users can assign other users roles. 

  1. Login to your platform 
  2. Navigate to the Members Management Dashboard and open the members tab.
     
  3. Once there you will see the list of platform users. Click on the info button beside the User you want to assign the new role.
     
  4. Here you will see a list of the users roles. Switch to the View all tab to see all the roles available on your platform. If there are many roles available you can use the search bar to search for the role you want to assign. Check off the role you want to assign.
